The Notable App LLC (“Notable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Notable mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Journal entries and notes you create within the App

If you sign in using Apple ID, Google, or another provider, we receive information permitted by that provider and authorized by you (such as a unique user ID and email address).

- Store, display, and organize your journal content as directed by you
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you

We do not use journal content to advertise to you.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your journal entries or personal content.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
3.2 Legal Requirements

If you delete content or your account (where available), we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for:

- Backup systems (which may persist for a limited time)

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

9. FUTURE FEATURES (INCLUDING AI)
Notable may introduce new features in the future, including optional artificial intelligence–powered tools. If such features involve additional data use or processing, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, seek your consent before enabling those features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website and take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
